Customers qualifying as consumers may, under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or the Consumer Courts competent for their place of residence, depending on the value in dispute. The monetary thresholds are revised annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer referenced here. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of EU alternative dispute resolution rules.
